- 1/4 sliced cucumber and 3 tablespoons hummus
- 2 carrots cut into sticks and 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Simplest Snacks Ever
I posted some simple and healthy snacks yesterday that, while simple, bordered on the gourmet. Today's are still delicious, but even simpler.
