St. Germain Fizz
Makes one cocktail.
2 ounces vodka
1 1/2 ounces St. Germain elderflower liqueur
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
pinch of salt
Barspoon of superfine sugar
1 ounce club soda
Combine all ingredients except for club soda in a cocktail shaker (no ice yet) and shake vigorously. Add ice and club soda and shake again. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
