Some of us, myself included, simply don't have the flower arranging gene. Me, I either get a huge bunch for the vase....or pick a single beautiful stem for a bud vase or Japanese ikebana bowl. Never fear...help is here.Hit the bed and bath store and buy the most beautiful toothbrush holder you can find. Fill with water and tuck a stem or two into each hole. Instant symmetry. People will think you've taken a class.

That is so clever - I stopped using toothbrush holders when we had a mouse invasion - shudder - when we were only here on the weekends. Started putting our toothbrushes in a mouse proof spot. I must have put them in the "garage sale" boxes - so will have to 'shop' my stuff before we do a sale.
